Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

2 mangos, peeled and diced into small cubes
2 large tomatoes, diced in similar-sized cubes as mangos
1/2 red onion, chopped finely
1 habanero pepper, chopped finely
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and eat.  Common mediums for consumption are tortilla chips, a spoon or your hand.  For a less spicy alternative, use a serrano pepper or a jalapeno.
